Water Damage to My Home

Twice I know of and it might have been three times the Town of Cary had a private company come out and clean the mud of my Laundry Room but not the Utility room and when we had rain, the Construction Company would send men over to move my car and clean the carport. I didn't have to call them at all they just came and cleaned it.

The only way I could get anyone from the town to come out to check the mud in my laundry room, after waiting 4 days for someone to come out, I called Mr. Tom Ellis and left word on his answering machine that if there was no one to come out and check it, I would be calling the TV Station and have them come out. I had to go out to take care of some business and I was gone about two or three hours, when I came in, my message light was blinking and before I could get the message off the machine, he called me again and told me that he and 4 other people would be out the next morning, which was Friday. That's when they sent the Company out to clean it.

They filled a Insurance report and on the report they stated that the water problem was coming from my rain gutters. I know it was dusty here while the constructon was going on but I don't think there was enough dust on top of my house to put two inches of mud in my laundry room and utility room. If I loved a lier I would go around their neck like a String of Beads.

The Town of Cary have made no effort to do anything about the water under my house and the only time that is mentioned is when I do it.

I cannot get the Mayor or the Town Manager to come out. The Assistant Town Manager came out three or four times and all he wanted to do was to get the sign down and I keep telling him and his reply is "We can't do that." The last time he came out I asked him what would he do if it was his house. He never answered me, he just got in his truck and left.

A Mr. Don Frantz, who is my Town Councilman came out to look at it and said to me, "let me see what I can do."

I learned that the only thing he could do was to bad mouth me about buying another car. That has nothing to do with the town wrecking my house. Mr. Frantz had talked a bunch of crap (that was cleaned up a lot) about me and even mentioned my wife that died in 1995.

I will say only one thing about Mr. Frantz is. The best I can figure about Mr. Frantz is that he is an Auto mechanic that married his boss's wife, took over his business and now he wife is running the business because Mr. Frantz can't do it.

I have tried to do everything about my house in a Gentlemanly manner but it has gotten me nowhere. That went the Sign and the Flood Light came in. The Town was going to Fine me $500.00 per day for the sign until the Nice Lady from the ACLU went down town and had a talk with them. I don't know if anyone down there knows the truth, if they do they don't tell it.

I will repeat myself "If I loved a lier I would go around their neck like a String of Beads."

If anyone lives close to me, come by and I will be glad to show you the problems I have here. Those pictures under my house were taken in April of 2008, that's been a year and a half so I don't know what the damage is now. I'm sure it hasn't fixed itself.
